If money is moving right now
Contact your mobile money provider or bank immediately, using the official number printed on your card or shown inside their own app — not a number sent to you in a message. Maya is not an emergency service and cannot stop or reverse a payment.
Never share a MoMo PIN, OTP or password with Maya. No one from Maya will ever ask you for one.
Contact
Email info@manytek.com. This is currently the only channel Maya operates. We do not publish a support telephone number, and Maya will never contact you first to ask for account details.
Requesting a correction or an appeal
Maya commits to correction and appeal pathways, and that commitment needs a route. If you believe information relating to you is wrong, or you want a decision reviewed, write to the address above and say so explicitly. Tell us what you believe is inaccurate and, if you can, when and where you encountered it.
A person reviews these. Community reports do not become accusations on their own — corroboration, provenance, expiry and human adjudication all apply. See Trust by design.
What Maya is not a substitute for
- Emergency services. If you are in danger, contact the emergency services in your country first.
- Your mobile money provider. Always use the provider’s own official number or app.
- A bank or other financial institution.
- Law enforcement.
- Legal counsel.
What Maya can help with
- Understanding whether a message, call, link or payment request looks unsafe.
- Knowing what to preserve as evidence, and in what order to act.
- Navigating a dispute with a provider through official channels.
- Understanding your escalation options when a provider response stalls.
Maya does not promise or guarantee that money will be recovered. See the clear answers.
